Issue with seller identity verification on Amazon

Hey guys I’m having an issue with seller identity verification. Everytime I submit the required documents it just asks me to start over. Any help?

  • Write an e-mail to Amazon (or use the chat on the right panel that opens when you click help). For me it unblocked pages so that i could list products, but it kept showing the red flag that I’m not eligible to sell. An e-mail solved the issue.
  • Have you received an email saying you are approved? If yes, then click the red flag and “x” out of it and you should be good to go.
